If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

🔄 Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch/fulfilled, during transit we cannot cancel your order.

  • On receiving a cancellation request, the admin will allow it and process your refund within 24 Hours.

🔄 Returns

  • You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In the original packaging

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

🔄 Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund yo your original method of payment. (UPI/Card)

🔄 Shipping Refunds

  • You will get a full refund on shipping costs if the return reason is genuine as mentioned in the return clause.

  • If the reason is not genuine then you will bear shipping as well as return shipping cost.
